This week marks the 10th year working with Olympic Gold Medalist Lanny Bassham. Lanny's company Mental Management Systems in Dallas, Texas, works with elite Olympic athletes and professional athletes around the world. Lanny is responsible for most of my 24 World Championships, and had a direct influence on the three back-to-back 550x550s at World Championships. Lanny has had an even greater impact on my coaching. Our work toghether spawned my Dimeric Training sessions, which I am teaching throughout the United States, and now in England, Australia, and New Zealand. It is an honor and a pleasure to continually work side by side with my good friend, Lanny Bassham.
